I took the Joybait trend and made it NYCC’s.
Viewers are introduced to a visually unusual character, creating curiosity before any context is provided.
Built around the "Joybait" trend, the video uses a provocative opening statement to immediately create an information gap. As viewers tagged friends and asked for answers, the video generated exceptionally high share rates and transformed audience speculation into the primary driver of engagement.
